As a hairstylist and mother to an autistic child, I am excited to also provide Sensory Friendly Haircuts. I enjoy working with clients to make their time in my chair pleasant and relaxing.

SENSORY FRIENDLY HAIRCUTS AND COLOR
Every person deserves an understanding stylist that is educated and can handle obstacles that may take place during a Sensory Friendly Service. Working within your comfort level and pace is guaranteed.
This haircut service includes up to one hour and forty-five minutes with lots of patience.
Please contact me directly to schedule this service. I will have a few questions to ensure the best possible experience! These questions can be answered over the phone or digitally based on your comfort level.

QUIET SERVICE
Please don't hesitate to ask for a Quiet Service if you're anxious, tired, mentally drained, or just want to avoid conversation and have some down time. There will be no judgement...there never is. Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option after our consultation. Your mental health matters to me. When booking online please write Quiet Service in the notes to alert me to your preference.

CHARITY MOHS HAIR ARTISTRY POLICIES
I'm so excited to welcome you in the salon! Here area few reminders to ensure you have the most relaxing experience possible.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL
Things happen and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. Please make sure all appointments are cancelled within at least 24 hours. This policy applies to any and all reasons for cancellation. If your appointment is not cancelled within this time frame, a 50% rebooking fee will apply. A digital invoice with a payment link will be sent to you. The rebooking fee must be paid before your next service.
LATE ARRIVAL
Your time is important to me! To ensure I'm running on time for all guests, I'm unable to complete appointments that begin more than 15 minutes late. Late arrival will result in either services being removed from the appointment for multi-service time slots, or rescheduled a for single service time slot. A 50% rebooking fee of the original appointment total will apply.
REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable. If you are experiencing challenges with your cut or color, I will be happy to adjust it for you when notified within 7 days of your original appointment. Adjustments will only be made for the original agreed upon look, not something new.
For color, please make sure you are following all at-home care recommendations to qualify for complimentary adjustments.
IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK
I am unable to provide services to guests who are unwell. If you have decided to stay home from work or school, because you are sick / have a fever, please do not come to the salon. This ensures that everyone stays healthy and keeps me safe as well.
Do not come to the salon if you've had a positive COVID test.
SENSORY FRIENDLY CANCELLATIONS
There are good days and sometimes, tough days. Approved Sensory Friendly appointments will not be charged a rebooking fee. Cancelling your appointment as soon as you can will help ensure I can fill the space. If situations require you to be late, please call the salon.
NEW GUEST?
New clients will not be charged if they are late to their first time appointment. Make sure to allow extra time for parking in the ramp, and finding your way to the salon. Please understand if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule.
